Information About Me

Hello, my name is Barry Saugen and I am the owner of Barry Saugen Inspections.  I am a Certified Member of the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI)  Membership ID: NACHI05020720 and CALNACHI.  Between construction and inspections I have over 16 years experience and performed over 5800 inspections.

I believe that Experience and Integrity are very important way to conduct business.  That is why I use "Experience & Integrity" as my business motto.

My Promise to You

Choosing the right home inspector can be difficult.  Unlike most professionals, you probably will not get to meet me until after you hire me.  Furthermore, different inspectors have varying qualifications, equipment, experience, reporting methods and yes, different pricing.  One thing for sure is that a home inspection requires work, a lot of work. Ultimately a thorough inspection depends heavily on the individual inspector's own effort.
