The following photos illustrate the importance of a proper home inspection prior to purchasing or selling your home.

3 years old home built with No Insulation. Imagine the utility bills for this home. 

Water damage to the wall in a bathroom is just one issue in this picture.

Open electrical boxes are found in many places such as attics and garages.  This can be a fire hazard. 

 This water heater was disconnected before the inspection.  Note the corrosion on the pipes.

 This is the main water shut off valve. The valve has been locked by the utility company and is leaking (Wet Ground)

Here a solar panel system was removed but the opening was not sealed.  Heavy rain following the inspection flooded the attic through the unprotected roof.
